Refund Policy

Your Right to Return

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. This is your statutory right and applies regardless of the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Eligibility for Refund

Your product is eligible for refund if:

• The product is unopened and unused
• The product is in its original condition and packaging
• The 14-day return period has not expired
• You follow the return procedure outlined below

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or partially used products
• Products returned after 14 days from delivery
• Products that have been damaged by you or used beyond inspection
• Products that arrived damaged (special procedure applies-see below)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@vitalvital.world or +44 20 3893 7542 to notify us of your intention to return.

Step 2: Securely package the unopened product in its original box. Do not remove the safety seal or open the bottle.

Step 3: Ship the product back to us. Retain your tracking receipt as proof of shipment.

Step 4: We will inspect the product upon receipt and process your refund within 14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product arrived damaged. For damaged items, we will arrange a prepaid return label or accept the return with a reimbursement for shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or does not match the description:

• Do not open the product
• Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and photos
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will verify the product meets our return criteria
• We will process your refund within 14 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method (the card used on delivery or the account you paid from)
• Depending on your bank, the refund may take 3-5 additional business days to appear in your account

Exceptions to the 14-Day Right

Your right to cancel does not apply if:

• You agreed in writing to waive your cancellation right (we do not request this)
• The product is a made-to-order item (not applicable to our products)
• The product has been opened or unsealed for health/safety reasons

Your Rights Are Protected
